while you write
Your brief may be saved in this browser so it can be recovered on a later visit. When you continue a home entry, it is also held briefly in this browser so a clean-URL redirect does not lose it, then removed when the full brief opens. It is not uploaded to a form service or stored in a site database. You can restart the brief or clear browser data at any time. Save a copy before leaving. The website does not use account sign-in, analytics scripts, or advertising cookies.
when you choose to share
“Open email draft” passes the reviewed subject and body to your device’s email application using a mailto link addressed to ess@bwe.one. You decide whether to send it. The website cannot confirm that a mail application opened or that an email was delivered.
“Copy brief” puts your text on your clipboard if browser permission allows it. A manual copy fallback is available. “Download brief” creates a text file on your device. Neither action sends the brief to us.
after you send an email
Any email you send is handled by your email provider and the recipient’s email service. The information can be used to discuss and respond to your enquiry. To ask about an email you have shared, contact ess@bwe.one.
ordinary web requests
Your browser requests the website files from its host. The host may process technical request information such as an IP address and browser headers to serve those files. Hosting request data is handled by the configured hosting provider; contact ess@bwe.one for questions about this website.
external destinations
Links to BWE Studio, the founder’s site, and your email application open separate services. Their own privacy practices apply once you use them. Fonts and artwork on this site are served from the site itself.
keep sensitive details out
A first brief should describe the problem. Do not include passwords, access tokens, personal records, or confidential datasets. Appropriate access and handling can be agreed if a project moves forward.
